How can I support you?

My goal is to help you make your childbearing journey the best that it can be by providing compassionate emotional support along with evidence based information to help you make informed decisions as they arise in Birth. With more than 10 years of experience, I believe that birth is a physiological and emotional event that should be respected and supported. Choices in birth are very personal and sometimes circumstances arise that are out of our control. The word Doula is a greek word meaning “a woman who serves”. I believe that all women deserve respect, compassion and kindness in birth. It would be my joy and privilege to serve your family during this beautiful time in your life. I hope to support you with kindness, equip you with facts, inspire you to believe in birth and to trust your instincts as well as enjoy the ride!

What is in my package!

I'll be coming to you as a sister from another mother, a cousin or even a childhood friend. I'll practice what I've learned during my 10 + years journey and I'll ask you with all my heart that you follow along and relax!
